Whenever someone talks about “Green Smoothie” people tend to link it with the terms “bleh” , “boring” , “not yummy” but have you ever thought that maybe you could intake your greens in a “yummy” way without even realising that you are eating it?
Before I decided that I was going to eat healthy I always turned away from Green leafy vegetables until I realised how much I actually needed them in my body and decided to make sure I took right amount of it!
My favourite way of having them is in the form of a smoothie. Now I know you will get thoughts like ugh it might taste so yucky but trust me, I tried it out myself and it turned out delicious! You won’t even realise that you just had a bunch of leafy green veggies . Looks like a win-win situation doesn’t it?
Today I will be using baby spinach to make this smoothie and it will barely take you 10 minutes and will also keep you full for a long period. Make sure to use organic or baby spinach as it is easy to blend and digest otherwise you are going to end up with a bitter smoothie.

Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 10-12 Baby Spinach(1 bunch)
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 2 Honey
- 2-3 Almonds
Instructions
- Add the spinach leaves, apple chopped into fine pieces , almond milk , frozen bananas chopped, and honey into the blender and blend it until it is thick.
- Add crushed almonds on top of the glass as decor and you are good to sip it !
