Kiwi Banana Smoothie Bowl

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Frozen Bananas
  • 2 pieces Kiwis
  • 1/2 cup Milk (any of your preference -almond/dairy/soy)
  • 1 tbsp Granola
  • 1 tbsp Berries( Blueberries and Cranberries Dried)

Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax seeds

Instructions

  • Take 2 sliced frozen bananas,1 kiwi, and 1/2 cup of milk and blend it until thick and creamy.
    Kiwi Banana Smoothie Base
  • Pour it into a bowl and top it up with whatever you like. I have used 1 kiwi, seeds I have mentioned on top, granola along with some dried berries.
