Instructions
Take 2 sliced frozen bananas,1 kiwi, and 1/2 cup of milk and blend it until thick and creamy.
Pour it into a bowl and top it up with whatever you like. I have used 1 kiwi, seeds I have mentioned on top, granola along with some dried berries.
