Everyone thinks that healthy means not yummy food, but who said so? This Kiwi Banana Smoothie will prove you wrong! In the past few months, I have changed my eating habits fully and I am surprised by how food can taste yummy and healthy at the same time! Isn’t that just amazing?
Breakfasts play a very important role in our lives as its the first meal of the day. One must make sure we have a healthy heavy breakfast that keeps us full for long. Now what usually happens is when one is busy rushing to attend school/college/office we tend to miss out on having a proper one.
Smoothie bowls are something that has always fascinated me because they completely change how fruits can be eaten and somehow they are always heavier than the whole fruit which helps us stay full and charged up for longer plus it helps you in losing weight or keeping it in check.
This kiwi banana smoothie bowl is one such meal. All you need to do is put a few things into the blender and you are done! That’s it!

Kiwi Banana Smoothie Bowl
- 2 pieces Frozen Bananas
- 2 pieces Kiwis
- 1/2 cup Milk (any of your preference -almond/dairy/soy)
- 1 tbsp Granola
- 1 tbsp Berries( Blueberries and Cranberries Dried)
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp Flax seeds
- Take 2 sliced frozen bananas,1 kiwi, and 1/2 cup of milk and blend it until thick and creamy.
- Pour it into a bowl and top it up with whatever you like. I have used 1 kiwi, seeds I have mentioned on top, granola along with some dried berries.
